Developing a Settlement Knowledge Base: Settlement Research and Evaluation Literature Sweep 2010-09-03
This report is the result of a sweep of national and international publications to identify and bring together key findings and good practice from published settlement research and evaluation.

Providing Information Services to Migrants: Literature review 2010-09-03
This literature review of international good practice in the delivery of information services to migrants will inform the development of evaluation tools for services to migrants to New Zealand. It is expected that evaluation tools will evolve as the literature develops and as a New Zealand evidence base emerges.

Workplace Exposure Standards and Biological Exposure Indices  2010-09-03
The fourth edition of the Workplace Exposure Standards and Biological Exposure Indices has been developed by the Department of Labour (the Department) in conjunction with the Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA New Zealand) and Responsible Care New Zealand Incorporated. Input has also been sought from a wide range of interested parties.

Literacy and Numeracy Research and Evaluation 2010-08-30
The Department of Labour, in partnership with the Tertiary Education Commission and the Ministry of Education, is responsible for a programme of research and evaluation on workforce literacy, language and numeracy (LLN) skills. Its purpose is to build the evidence base to inform policy development and practices for improving adult literacy, language and numeracy skills.

Rest and Meal Breaks Amendments to the Employment Act 2000 2010-08-27

Upskilling Partnership Programme - Evaluation report 2010-08-23
The Upskilling Partnership Programme was an initiative established by the Department of Labour in collaboration with partner agencies. The programme ran from July 2006 until June 2009.
